Unpack the power of Supreme Court decisions. We'll break down the legal jargon and guide you through the key components of these landmark cases.
Participants will:
- Identify the case name, background information, majority opinion, dissenting opinions (if any) and the Court's ruling in a Supreme Court decision.
- Understand the key stages of how cases get to the Supreme Court level.
