Learn about the Global Goals, also known as Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and how we can create a better world through them. In this workshop, you will research the SDGs, discuss real-world challenges, brainstorm local actions to help advance these goals, and discover book recommendations on sustainability.

Attendees will: 

  • Learn about the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).  

  • Brainstorm personal actions to take in order to help advance the SDGs. 
  • Hear about related fiction and non-fiction books related to the SDGs. 

This session is presented by Camila Fernandez, Program Specialist at the Field Studies & Study Abroad Office and Megan Flaherty, Adjunct Librarian.
